BOOK 2 OF #HOPE SERIES I opened the door and bam- There was a man standing there only in his track pants, his broad back facing me. My brain short-circuited for a second. "AAAHHHH!" I screeched, instantly squeezing my eyes shut in panic. He spun around instantly, his deep voice cutting through the air. "Shut up! Why are you shouting?" I froze, my heart doing jumping jacks. His voice-ugh!!! heavy, cold, and kind of... criminally attractive. Slowly, I peeked my eyes open and holy moly! Who is this walking beauty? That face could start wars. "Wh-who are you?" I spluttered, still gluing my eyes to his face like an idiot. "I'm Bhuvan's dad! Who are you?" he barked with a frown. My jaw almost hit the floor. "Dad?" I muttered under my breath. And then the most insane thought slipped into my head, 'At the end, am I really going to end up getting a crush on my father-in-law?' (of course not in a romantic way though...)
